A child of three years and three-quarters, who is reported to be suffering from ╥smoker╒s heart╙ and whose case is to be investigated by the Oxfordshire Education Committee, is said to have been supplied with ten cigarettes a day and to have been exhibited at local shows. The story has not yet been proved.
